Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation of subscription

You can cancel your Novantum Pro or Premium subscription at any time. You can do this:

  1. In the application dashboard.novantum.app section “Profile” -> “Manage subscription”.
  2. By sending a request to support@novantum.app.
  3. After cancellation, your access to paid features will remain until the end of the paid period. The next invoice will not be issued.

Refunds

Since Novantum is a digital service with instant access, we do not normally offer refunds for partially used months.

However, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel your subscription and noticed this within 48 hours of making your payment, please contact us and we will issue a full refund.

For EU residents: In accordance with consumer rights regulations for digital content, by starting to use the service, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in order to receive immediate access to the tool.
